Ingredients: Sichuan pepper, Fennel seeds, Star aniseed, Ginger, Cassia bark, Tsaoko, Clove, Orange peel, Liquorice root.
May also contain sulphate preservatives

Cooking Suggestion
1, Wash and rinse desire amount of spices with water, and place into the bag provided.
2, Place the bag and meat in a saucepan filled with water.
3, Bring to boil for 30 minutes.
4, Simmer for 30 mintues until meat is cooked and enriched in flavour.
